Group Therapy in Houston

Explore Unresolved Conflict and Find Solutions Together.

At first, the idea of participating in a group can feel overwhelming and intimidating.  But the benefits of the group are immense and we have found that clients often tell us it is one of the most impactful experiences that they have.

Groups can focus on many different issues and have different goals but the foundation is the same; Groups provide a space to learn that you are not alone and to share and hear from others who are struggling with similar issues.

  • Kids Social Skills Camp

    Led by Danielle Gorritty, LMSW

Our camp is designed to provide a fun and engaging environment where children can develop important social skills. These skills will help your child form positive relationships with peers and adults and navigate social situations with confidence.

We focus on areas such as effective communication, active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and empathy. We also help your children learn how to apply these skills in a variety of social situations.

We keep our camp groups small with a maximum of 5-6 children to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and support.

The range of fun and engaging activities include art projects, games, and group discussions. These activities are designed to help children practice their social skills in a safe and supportive environment and to build their confidence and self-esteem.

    Camp Information:
