About Jill

Jill Wiseman is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over twenty years of experience working with adults, young adults, children and adolescents.   She is passionate about helping individuals and families pursue goals with action and optimism, overcoming challenges and perceived setbacks. Her future-oriented, pragmatic style helps clients develop strategies and practical solutions for the challenges of everyday life.  She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD and executive functioning, grief, adjusting to life transitions, optimizing relationships, improving communication, and living with neurodiversity. Jil especially enjoys working with young adults as they navigate from high school to college to beginning careers. 

Jill’s preferred treatment modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, psycho-education, Narrative Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. She previously served as a private school counselor, supervisor, and executive educational leader.  In addition to counseling, Jill has extensive training and experience working with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning disorders. Jill especially enjoys helping others learn more about mental health topics, and she is a frequent presenter in the community.

Initial Diagnostic Interview: $210

60-minute sessions: $190

45-minute sessions: $170

Family Therapy: $210

Jill offers a sliding scale if needed.

We are always happy to discuss options if finances are a barrier to treatment.
