The Loveland Therapy Fund - Free therapy for Black Women and Girls!

A year ago I had no idea that something like this existed.  But over the year, through the reach of social media and finding our wonderful therapist Deborah Alexis, LMSW, who talked up the foundation, I learned more about the Loveland Foundation and the Loveland Therapy Fund for Black Women and Girls.

Over time we have been able to take these vouchers and try out the system, and since then have learned how incredibly easy and fabulous the Loveland Foundation and Therapy Fund has made the process of providing access to mental health treatment for those of diverse ethnic and racial groups.

The Loveland Foundations' mission states:

“Loveland Foundation is committed to showing up for communities of color in unique and powerful ways, with a particular focus on Black women and girls. Our resources and initiatives are collaborative and they prioritize opportunity, access, validation, and healing. We are becoming the ones we’ve been waiting for.”

It is a powerful and important mission and we want to support their work and access to mental health for communities of color, especially black women and girls.
