Co-owned by Amy Acosta, Ph.D. and Nickie Haine, LCSW-S, our team of licensed therapists brings decades of experience — and deep personal commitment — to helping you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges, and life transitions.

Individual Therapy

Therapy for Children and Teens
Our therapists have decades of experience working with teens, children, and families. They are trained in many methods to support children through anxiety, depression, family struggles, behavioral challenges, identity formation, and eating disorders. Through Play therapy, expressive therapies, and evidence-based treatments, children, teens, and their parents can explore their feelings and find their voice to navigate through childhood and adolescence to build self-love and solid and healthy relationships.
