Amy and Nickie didn't set out to build just a group practice. They set out to build the kind of practice they'd trust with the people they love most — one grounded in genuine clinical depth, real relationships, and a shared belief that this community deserved something truly special.
That meant clinicians who stay current, supervision that actually means something, and a culture where therapists genuinely want to show up. It meant building a team that feels less like a directory and more like a family. One where clients feel the warmth and the skill the moment they walk in.
WHCP opened on Memorial Drive with that vision. It's still the one we work from every day.

How do I get started?
Book a free 15-minute consultation. We'll match you with the right clinician and answer any questions before you commit to anything.

What are your rates?
Rates range from $100 to $300 depending on service and Therapist. Prices are subject to change. Please discuss rates with one of our team members during your free consultation.
Why must I pre-register for a group?
We like to ensure that groups are a positive experience for all and that they are the right fit for you! Because of this, all groups require consultation with Nickie and/or Amy to determine if you are a fit for the group. Please pre-register for the desired group and we will be in touch!
Do you offer virtual or telehealth therapy?
Yes. All of our clinicians offer HIPAA-compliant video sessions for Texas residents.
Do you accept insurance?
We're an out-of-network provider. You pay at the time of service; we provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Contact your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits — many plans cover 50–80%.
Can WHCP create a program for me?
Yes! Amy and Nickie will collaborate with you to create a talk or workshop that fits your needs. Utilize our free consultation form on this page to request a callback and we will begin to plan your next professional development program.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we accept CareCredit for clients who prefer a payment plan option.
