About Samantha
Life can feel exhausting when you’re constantly battling anxiety, stress, burnout, self-doubt, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what you’re carrying, and build the tools needed to feel more confident and emotionally grounded.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with high school students as both a teacher and school counselor, supporting teens through academic stress, social pressures, emotional struggles, and life transitions. These experiences shaped my passion for helping teens and young adults navigate the challenges that come with growing up in today’s fast-paced world.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, and difficulties with emotional regulation and resilience. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want clients to feel safe being honest about what they’re going through without fear of judgment.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, improve confidence, and create meaningful change.
You don’t have to navigate everything alone. Therapy can be a place to heal, grow, and learn how to move through life with greater balance and self-trust.
