    Why Group Works

We've watched clients do years of individual work and then describe their first group experience as the thing that finally made it click. There's something that happens when you hear your own struggle reflected in someone else's words. It can be a kind of relief that no one-on-one session can fully replicate.

At WHCP, our groups are small, therapeutically led, and built around real connection. Groups can focus on many different issues and have different goals but the foundation is the same; Groups provide a space to learn that you are not alone and to share and hear from others who are struggling with similar issues.
